Her mission is to empower individuals to unlock their latent potential and develop transferable skills adaptable to the dynamic demands of professional and personal growth. With 12 years in the public sector, Ms. Mah served as an Apple Classroom of Tomorrow teacher and trainer at Cupertino School District and worked as an Education Technology Consultant across K-12 and higher education. In the private sector, Ms. Mah's multifaceted expertise spans digital business transformation, career pathing, organizational effectiveness, change management, and strategic planning. She has held senior leadership and consulting positions in learning development, talent development, talent management, organization development, and organization effectiveness. She has led global enterprise transformation initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, systems, processes and tools implementation and adoption, and change management and communication for a global workforce ranging from 4,000 to 78,000 employees at Fortune 500 companies such as Oracle, Cisco, Visa, Varian Medical Systems, Uber, TikTok, CSL Behring, and Deloitte.

 

Ms. Mah is effective at orchestrating complex work efforts that require input and support from multiple players, proactively identifying and resolving risks and gaps. Her ability to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple priorities ensures successful project outcomes. As a
collaborative influencer, she establishes and builds close working relationships, possessing strong personal credibility and advisory skills.

Ms. Mah graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. degree in Social Science/Child Development and holds an M.S. degree in Education/Online Teaching and Learning from California State University, East Bay. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and currently resides in Oakland, CA. She is also an avid crafter and a pickleball addict.
